Cancellation/ Refund Policy

We gladly accept products for exchange or credit within 10 days of the invoice date.  If the return was a result of a customer error, you are responsible for all shipping charges. If the error was made on our part, we will waive the return shipping charges.  If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, your return is subject to both a shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee.  We do not accept returns beyond 10days of the invoice date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, resalable and in the same condition that you received them.  All items must be in the original packaging without any damage or markings and the seal must be unbroken.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Downloadable software products
* Discontinued or Expired Items
* Clearance Items bought in exhibition .
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

To complete your return, please call us at +91 8828265652 and request a courier waybill which we will send out to you.  Please complete the Return Goods form found at the bottom of this page, and attach a copy of your invoice.  We require this form, and an invoice or proof of purchase in order to receive a credit for your return.  Items returned to us without this form and/or attached applicable invoice will not be processed for a credit.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Consumable and sensitive Items are not eligible for return .

Credits (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to account, within a certain amount of days.

Clearance items bought in Exhibition (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be credited, unfortunately clearance items bought on discounted price during any exhibition cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
When you are calling in to receive your UPS waybill to initiate the return, you may place your order for the replacement products at this time.  This is considered a new order and will be billed as such.  We will ship the new order with the waybill for the returning items.  Once the items have been returned and accepted, we will credit your account. 

Loyalty Rewards and Gift Cards
You may have received a loyalty reward or gift card as part of your original order.   When returning an item that was used towards redemption of a reward or gift card, you must make up the difference with an equivalently valued item. If you are not replacing the items used towards the redemption, $5 will be charged to your account per item/per gift card or each item will be subject to a 15% penalty per loyalty reward.

Shipping and Fees
You will be charged a 15% restocking fee on all returns over 30 days of the invoice date as well as the applicable UPS shipping charge.  For returns received within 30 days of the invoice date, we will waive the restocking fee. For all returns made within 30 days, you may be subject to a return shipping charge dependant on the reason for the return. All shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

When returning an item, call FedEx to schedule a pickup and make a copy of this form, along with the return tracking number for your records. Please have your tracking number and Return Goods Form available when calling in to inquire about your return.
